ShaliCrete 47 is a multifunctional polymerised acrylic polymer with 47% solid contents for enhancing properties of concrete, mortar, grout, cement slurry etc. through better bonding, waterproofing and improvement in several other properties. ShaliCrete 47 is used for permanently bonding plaster to ensure durable finish of exterior walls, bonding new concrete to old concrete, making mortar for repairing and for waterproofing. ShaliCrete 47 is highly durable in wet condition as well.

Application Methodology
➢ Surface Preparation
• Prepare the surface by mechanical grinding or other suitable method.• Remove dust, flakes, oil, grease or other loose foreign particles by sand blasting, ironbrush or compressed air. Remove old painting using surface grinder.• Remove old painting using surface grinder.• For best bond, concrete surface must be slightly textured.• Ensure that concrete must be cured at least 28 days and moisture content is below 5%.
➢ Material Preparation
• Mix ShaliPoxy® WB TC 2K Component A (Resin) & B (Hardener) separately by using speeddrill mixer with a spiral type blade at the bottom of stirrer rod. The speed may be 1000 rpmtill homogeneous mix is obtained for both the components. Then add component B(Hardener) slowly to Component A (Resin) under stirring ensuring complete dispersion to ahomogeneous mass.• Stop agitation, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape

ShaliBond® BS / CS is a cold applied bituminous adhesive for fixing waterproofing membrane. It is manufactured from special grades of bitumen, suitably blended with other additives. It has semiliquid consistency and is ready to use.
Uses :
Recommended for sticking roofing felts on metal, timber, tiles, asbestos, concrete and masonry surfaces,
including roofs of trains, buses, tramcars, railway carriages, etc.
Feather & Benefits :
Surfaces should be cleaned of all foreign materials and should be completely dry.
Apply ShaliBond BS / CS over the cleaned surfaces with a spatula or brush.
Allow approximately 10 minutes time before laying the felt and sticking the same by application of uniform mild pressure.
