The Telecaller & Sales Support Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads generated from IndiaMART, as well as handling various sales support tasks. This role involves calling potential customers, following up on quotations, managing payment collections, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CRM software and possess strong communication skills.

• Lead Generation:

  • Call and engage with leads generated from IndiaMART to understand their requirements and generate potential sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads from the database to convert them into qualified prospects.

• Quotation Management:

  • Prepare and send quotations to potential clients based on their specific requirements.
  • Follow up on sent quotations to encourage positive responses and close deals.

• Payment Follow-Up:

  • Monitor and follow up on payments from clients to ensure timely collection.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department for any billing discrepancies or issues.

• Billing and Documentation:

  • Prepare bills and invoices using accounting software.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Materials Follow-Up:

  • Track and follow up on the delivery of materials to ensure timely dispatch and receipt by customers.
  • Liaise with the logistics team to resolve any delivery-related issues.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.

• Proven experience in telecalling or sales support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the construction materials industry or related field.
• Knowledge of IndiaMART or similar online marketplaces.
